Our friendly staff are always on hand with local knowledge, tips on where to spot local wildlife, top sights to see, advice on which of our Scottish gins to sample or just for a general chat.

Luxurious modern rooms, an award winning restaurant with our own signature venison dishes and surrounded by the most amazing scenery, Mingarry Park really is the ideal country retreat.

It's no secret that OTA's charge a heavy commission on every booking which is why we encourage our guests to book directly for your benefit and our business. Not paying huge commissions bills means we can allocate that money elsewhere such as better improving our hotel in turn improving the overall guest experience.

In return for booking directly you get the following benefits that you wouldn't receive when booking through or other OTA's.

Check in is from 4pm onwards. If you would like to arrive earlier please phone us on 01967431202 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Check-out is at 10.30am. If you would like to request a late checkout of 12pm please let one of the team know. Late checkout is charged at £20.00

Unfortunately we do not have any family rooms however we can accommodate 1 child in any of our Junior Suite or Suite Rooms in a put up bed at an extra cost of £30 per night. We can provide a travel cot for babies in any of our rooms free of charge.

Our Roshven Junior Suite is located on the first floor and accessed from the main entrance with ramp up to the door. We have had wheelchair users stay in Roshven however please note that the shower has a small lip and therefore cannot be accessed by a wheelchair and there are no grip bars in the bathroom. We can provide a chair for the shower on request. Our dining room is located on the first floor with no restrictions for wheelchair access.

Driving to Mallaig will take approximately 50 minutes. Please note you need to be at the ferry approximately 20 minutes before departure. If you are catching the 9.40am boat to Skye please let us know and we can have breakfast ready for you at 8am allowing you enough time to catch the ferry. Alternatively we can provide you with a continental breakfast should you wish to leave before 8am at your own leisure.

We serve a cooked breakfast between 8am and 9.15am. Should you require and earlier breakfast please let us know the night before and we can provide you with a continental breakfast for you to enjoy at your leisure.

We do not have a bar however our beautiful garden domes are perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the amazing view. We have a range of cocktails, scottish gins and malt whiskys for you to enjoy.

If you are travelling south the nearest petrol station can be found in Strontian a 30 minute drive from Mingarry Park. If you are travelling North and onwards to Skye then Mallaig would be your best option which is a 50 minute drive. Please be sure to fill your car before travelling to us so as not to be caught out.

Our Shona Beag suite has a beautiful stone freestanding double ended bath which two people can enjoy as well as a seperate shower. All of our other rooms have showers only.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets but can recommend other hotels locally that will accommodate you and your companion for the night.

Yes we accept all credit and debit cards apart from American Express. You can also pay in cash should you wish..

A cancellation 7 days before arrival would be free of charge. Within 7 days the first night would be charged and within 24 hours the full cost of your stay would be chargeable.

Ardnamurchan is amazing to visit at any time of the year but for us April and May are our favourite months. Midge season usually starts from June onwards and also with the summer months you will find the roads a lot busier. If you are looking for a quiet couples getaway then the beginning and end of the season are always the best times .
