Terms and Conditions for Guest House Reservations
When making a reservation both the guest and Mingarry Park enter into a legally binding contract. Card details are required when making a booking to secure the room but no payment will be taken until departure. Please not that in the event of not turning up/late cancellation or damage to the room we reserve the right to use the card details given to take necessary payment. We accept cash, debit and most major credit cards as well as a bank transfer. Please note for payment by credit card there will be an extra charge of 2.5% of the overall bill, there is no charge for debit cards.
Should you need to cancel your stay at Mingarry Park we shall require 7 days notice to re-allocate the room. If you cancel within 7 days we reserve the right to charge the full rate of your stay to the card details given. We highly recommend holiday cancellation insurance.
Arrival and Departure Times
Rooms shall be ready for 4pm on the day of arrival and guest are requested to vacate their room by 10am on day of departure. Please phone to inform us if your arrival time shall be later than 7pm.
Room or Equipment Damage/Exceptional Cleaning
We reserve the right to make a charge for damage to the room and/or equipment and/or exceptional cleaning. This charge will include the full cost of the room if rendered unusable for 24 hours.
For the comfort of our guests Mingarry Park operates a strictly “No Smoking” policy throughout the property.
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
If you have any special dietary requirements please inform as at the time of booking and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
